Presenter: Linda Debe is a lecturer, writer, and lifelong student with 40 years of genealogy experience, affectionately known as the Sleepless Genealogist. Her passions include maps, deeds, and technology. Microsoft Office certified in Access and Excel, Linda loves creating spreadsheets to analyze research — her motto: work smarter, not harder. She holds an AAS in Electronics Technology from the U.S. Air Force, is an alum of Pro Gen 54, and expects to graduate from the International Institute for Genealogical Studies in 2026. Linda serves as Program Chair for the North Hills Genealogists in Pittsburgh and leads Technology SIGs with North Hills and the Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania. She has spoken at RootsTech, PaGE, the UGA Summit, IGHR, and the Atlanta State Archives’ Inaugural Native American Symposium, among many others.
